Works great but needed tech support

The Nest thermostat is working great and I am please that I purchased it. My furnace is a heat pump so I had to call tech support to get the correct wiring configuration to make it work. Also ther is not a menu on the Nest to select heat electric for type of power for your furnace or a selection for heat pump[. I feel this should be included in the instructions.

Easy to setup. Works great with existing Heating system. Connects to other smart enabled device s easily. Also the app is easy to use

Great Product. Easy to Use

After install, this program is ready to go. It’s very easy to use the app or the actual thermostat. It learns your patterns pretty quickly. I enjoy keeping it warmer throughout the day and then setting it lower when I leave work so it’s cool when I get home.

Best thermostat

I’ve had the Nest thermostat for about 3 years, and am on my second one due to upgrading from the 2nd generation, and love the ease of use, and can control from anywhere including while on vacation, so when we get home it’s exactly the temperature we like it to be. It’s nice to have the google assistant incorporated, so I can just ask to change the temp, and it done! Based on reliability, I will b

We have had our Nest for years. We love it. Reliable, efficient and helps you to see how your household uses it’s energy. Don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want one- so easy to use!

Total Temp Control and then Some

This device will give you total control of the temperature in your home. You can control the temp from the device itself, from your smartphone or tablet, or with an voice assistant like Alexa or Google. Mine already warned me of a power outage problem that could have caused caused serious damage from freezing if I had been on vacation. It's totally worth it. Get one!
