My first nest stopped connecting to WiFi. Contact Neat support, they helped right away. Easy, fast and got my product in a week. I shipped the old one back and got there in a timely manner.

Fantastic thermostat!

I’m so excited about my Nest thermostat. I have bad allergies and have to keep my windows closed at all times. Living in Southern California, I end up having to keep my air conditioning on 24/7 during the summer to keep my condominium comfortable. I’m looking forward to this summer so that when I go out the thermostat will go to the ECO mode and when I come home my condo will either be cool or eas

Great money-saving product

This really is a smart thermostat. It works very hard to keep us comfortable and still save us money on energy costs - and with very little input from us after the initial set-up. It's a very elegant looking device with lots of options for display (it even has an 'analog' clock.) I think everyone should own one. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wishing manage energy usage and costs.

We have both the nest thermostat and nest Doorbell. Both work as advertised and were pretty easy to install, that being said I am pretty handy at building things so your experience may not be like mine.

The thermostat is flawless. From ease of install to its impressive looks. We have 2 in our beach home so we can monitor and set from remote locations. This was extremely important to us to save energy and help the planet. It has more than exceeded my expectations.
