Love my Nest!

Has to be one of the easiest installations ever! Also, one of the sleekest and easiest interfaces around. Whether using the interface on the unit itself, on the app, or over the web on my laptop, you find out how easy it is to manage and monitor you HVAC system. Finally, using the Eco settings can really save you some money! ;-)

This product works as advertised and exceeded my expectations. It really does learn our heating and cooling needs and repeats it as it learns our needs. It also seems to take into account the temperature outside to help determine the best and economical temperature within our home throughout the day and night.
Again, smartly engineered product and very intuitive.

I did a lot of research and talked a bit to my 2 techie friends before I bought this. The person who installed it was very impressed
With how easy it was. I love the looks and can’t wait to see if we see any energy savings.

Great Technology, Power Problems

I can't give this item 5 stars because one of the two the thermostats I had lasted a little over year and had to be replaced, while the other is going strong. The troubleshooting process was difficult to understand because the thermostat wasn't telling me WHEN it was receiving lower-than-needed power. I just had to wait for the battery to run out. However, I love the energy stats, humidity readout, lockout mode, and the ability to set home and away in addition to the temp schedules. The sensors are an awesome addition and allow specific rooms to be targeted when setting a routing or schedule. Voice command w/ Alexa is AWESOME.
