Why didn’t we get these sooner?

After dealing with old thermostats for years, the kind you need a manual to set anything, we are so glad to have made the transition. Easy to install and even easier to use. Using with Alexa and it has been great. Can heat the house up before getting up...love that. We just purchased and installed the Nest Hello and love it also. We live in a pretty nice, quiet area but always nice to have that extra layer of security. Thanks Nest!

Convenient home tool.

The thermostat I chose looks great in my living room, and I liked that there were different styles to choose from. Living in the Midwest, where we have four seasons, sometimes all in one week, it’s nice to be able to control the thermostat from my phone or tablet. With family all over the country, this is a huge convenience. I installed my new Nest right before winter, and set it to the same temp it was always at on the prior thermostat. I quickly noticed my house seemed a little warmer then normal, but when I checked gas usage and my bill, there was no change in my bill, and the usage seemed reasonable for the below zero temperatures we were having. It’s only been a few months that I’ve had it, so we’ll see if this trend continues.

Met All Expectations

I bought one of these for my home years ago and fell in love with it right away. I would always forget to adjust my previous thermostat when I left my home or went out of town but with this thermostat I could adjust it at anytime even when I’m not home. It has already paid for itself based on that alone. I sold my house and bought another one.

Easy install, quick to learn

Everything I needed to install this was in the box, including a very nice screwdriver. Removed old device, quick 3 wire connection, followed app instructions and we were up and running. First week you run it manually, but then the program takes over. So much easier than the old style programable thermostats and with internet backup, no having to reprogram after power outage.

Easy setup and great product

It was a breeze to set up through the app. The hardest part of it all was just repainting my wall as the original thermostat was covering a large hole. It is working very well and looks slick on the wall. Very happy with our purchase

Great Product

Since I have upgraded my thermostat to Nest Learning Thermostat, I can control my heating system remotely, therefore when I reach home it is warm and comfortable. In this way I save time and pay less money for gas bills. Its learning ability to schedule is also a good advantage over my old thermostat.
