I was considering different thermostats and nest was the choice we ended up settling on. Simply because the reviews were great and the simplicity of the install. Nest far exceeded our expectations and max one happy family. Thank you.

Great when away from home.

Had a trip out of state, turned of the thermostat before leaving. On the night I was flying back in, I was able to turn on the heat when I landed, and came back to a warm house.

Beautiful equipment

It was very easy to install and setting up was no problem at all. They self learning has taken time to learn when we are home and we are not. Only a few times has the house been Uncomfortable when returning. I love the freedom of adjusting the temperature before and after we leave

We got the nest and it’s so much easier to make sure the heat or air gets turned up or down remotely which helps with the cost of energy. I would higher recommend this product as I how no complaints and was easy to install.

Awesome product packed with features like to help you save and control power bill. Love the filter reminder and the ability to control from anywhere. Nest is a beautiful device that is accessible by mobile device or can be controlled by voice
I did six months of research and Nest is on all sites I visited for comparison
Very happy

Not compatible pet owners house gets too warm.

Turns off the air while we are out of the house so the dog gets left in a hot house so we had to turn off the learning mode.

You can still have the learning features turned on and keep your pets comfortable as you leave the house.
We recommend using Eco temperatures when you are away. However, make sure not to set your Eco temperature too low or too high.
Here’s how:
With the Home App:
Open App > Tap thermostat > Settings > Comfort and efficiency > Temperature preferences > Eco > adjust the temperature > Save
With the Nest App:
Select thermostat on home screen > Settings > Home/Away Assist > Eco temperature > Drag the slider to adjust the temperature range.
With your thermostat:
Menu > Settings > Eco > Select temperature you want (Heat to/Cool to) > Press and adjust the temperature, then press again to set.

Smartest in the house

I really like the new Nest Learning Thermostat because I am able to control the temperature to my home from anywhere using my smart phone. It is really handy to turn it up while gone but I tend to forget to turn it back down before getting home, that I need to learn or program, if possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product but limited options for business owners with multiple locations above 5. If they could upgrade their system for the business side then I could see more businesses using this product.
