Great Price with Rebate

I decided to purchase the Nest Thermostat mostly to control the temperature in my house from my iPhone. At first I thought it was overpriced to replace a working Thermostat, however, with the $75 rebate from my gas company and the $85 +$25 from my Electric Company it basically paid for itself. I have two heating and cooling systems in my house so after a week I decided to upgrade my other one too.

Buy this product only if you would like to save money on utility bills using an incredibly easy to use and intuitive learning device. I've owned these for more than 2 years now & my only regret wishing I could've convinced myself to buy them sooner.

Going on two years and still love it

This thermostat works great for my home and I love being able to control it remotely using their app. I purchased the stainless steel model because my thermostat is mounted in area that is highly visible. I have had zero issues with this device since I bought it and I will buy it again if we move and our new home doesn't have one.

The nest was easy to set up and program a schedule. It recognizes when I am not home and switches to higher temperature automatically.

New to Nest but..

We have had the Nest for 5 days and love all the features, the away sensor keeps the home at an affordable level by showing us the green eco leaf makes us more aware of energy consumption.
