Just love most things about this device. Great looking, easy to use, works with other nest products and works very reliably. Would be nice to have Homekit compatibility as well, but otherwise love it.

One if the Best Things

I originally did a review about 2 years ago. And, I can honestly say it was one if the best things we’ve ever purchased. We are so happy with our NEST. We actually had an employee from our electric company stop by within 3 months of installation to ask why our usage had dropped. I think that question sums it nicely. Great Product.

Everything about this device is spot on; from design, ease of installation, functionality and customer service. Will pay for itself in short order and have recommended it to a lot of my friends. My wife was skeptical, but found how quickly it is to learn and save our family money quickly.

Keeps Energy Costs Down

By being able to set the thermostat for when you are away helps to reduce energy costs and keeps the bills lower than without being able to program the temperature. I like the design and being able to control the temperature of the home when away by using the app on the phone or laptop. This is my first smart technology product and am pleased with the performance.

Constantly disconnected from wifi

I’m not a fan of the nest thermostat right now. We’ve installed it correctly but it continues to disconnect from the wifi. The wifi is working correctly as everything else connected to it doesn’t disconnect. What is the point of having this if the main purpose is to be able to turn it on or off whilst out of town!! Highly contemplating going back to the old thermostat that works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

- Check for possible congestion with your Wi-Fi network.
- Check for possible interference, as thick walls and other devices in your home may weaken Wi-Fi signals.
- Bring your Nest Learning Thermostat closer to your router to get better signal reception from your router.
- If you have a dual band router, try setting up your Nest Learning Thermostat on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands and see which band is more stable.

Quick and Easy

I really thought this was gonna be a big chore to change but was so quick and easy, I wish I could install more. Setup was very easy too and luckily I already have a Google Assistant home so integrating that was quick and easy too. Now to just sit back and watch it learn and see how much energy cost it can save me

JUST HAD 2 NESTS' LEARNING THERMOSTATS INSTALLED. BOY!!! FEEL LIKE I'VE MOVED TO THE FUTURE. THEY'RE STYLISH AND BEST OF ALL...EASY TO USE AND WILL HELP WITH THE COST OF ELECTRICITY,ONCE IT HAS LEARNED OUR PATTERNS. VERY GLAD I CAME INTO THE FUTURE.
