Great product!!!

Works exactly as advertised.... installed two with s new install of a two unit system. Great product, so easy I bought three camera pack as well. Next is a sensor, then outdoor cameras! Thanks NEST!!

Warranty

I had purchase my original thermostat back in 2018. Warranty is 2 years; in which my warranty was about to expire. The issue with my old thermostat was that hot air will come out and no cool air. Customer service tried to resolve the issue over chat on-line. In which not success. They agent validated my warranty. Within a week I had my new thermostat. Customer service expectations are 100% great

Excellent thermostat

We have used the Nest thermostat for the last year and I am very impressed by the learning capabilities and the reports we get on a monthly basis. Not sure if it saved us money yet but I guess it does do a good job in regulating the temperatures year round.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received a Nest thermostat for free from my electric co. I knew I wanted one because a family member had one for a few years and loved it! When I learned that I could get one for free I jumped on it right away! And I received $50 if I installed it myself. Which with the help of my son and a YouTube video it was installed in just a few minutes! I love everything about it! Great to be able to adjust temperature when I'm not at home! Or even when I am home and I want to adjust it I can do so from my smartphone! I have recommended a Nest to everyone! Thank you!

Get this thing! And get the optional sensors for other areas of your home. Works better than advertised. Dropped my electric bill substantially and improved the comfort of our home! Makes me wonder how engineers ever thought one thermostat/sensor could ever effectively control an entire house.
