Great product

I've installed these in two homes on vastly different HVACs and both times were easy to install and helped my energy bills tremendously. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Loving my Nest

I've had my Nest thermostat for a few months now and I love it. The install was really easy and straight forward using the app and included videos. I did my research before and made sure the wiring was compatible, you can use the nest app to figure that out. Surprised how it really learns your habits and will adjust itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NEST is the Best!

We recently purchased NEST for our vacation home at the NJ shore. We keep the system off when not there and would walk into the house as hot as 95 degrees. Now, before leaving, we start the AC using the app and walk into a cool house! It's great if we forget to turn it off as we can do so with the app. The ECO feature is great and saves money while we are out of the house. Love it!

I have had the nest for about 2 days and everything seems to be going good. It was pretty easy to install. I wish it was more compatible with other models. My mom wanted one and her system was not compatible. Sadness. But I am very happy with my purchase.

The Nest just works as advertised.

I've had a dual fuel heating system since 1989. Replaced the original units in 2007 and have had a fair amount of trouble with the thermostats that control the system. The thermostats have to deal with when to use the heat pump and when to switch to the gas furnace. I replaced the original 1989 thermostat at least four times in 18 years. Always quit controlling the switchover to the furnace properly. Problems continued with the new units, but the thermostat just lost some of its functions, but eventually would work.
So far with the nest everything just works the way it should. Easy set up. No problem with the dual fuel or the switchover from heat pump to gas furnace. It uses the heat pump until it detects outside temps of below 35 degrees, then switches over to the gas furnace. I couldn't be happier. That it works with my Google Home so I can just tell it to raise or lower the temperature is a plus. The phone app that lets me control the Nest from anywhere is another plus. So far I have not used the phone app to automatically lower the temp when I leave the house, because my grandson lives with me and usually stays home.
I am extremely happy with the Nest so far and am looking forward to it continuing to work well for years to come.

Simple and Elegant, But Efficient

We're really still getting the hang of our Nest, but it has been a great product so far. Install was easy and quick. Monthly reports on the app gives us an idea of how we're doing on energy usage. It's easy to adjust on the wall or on the phone. The schedule took a little time to figure out (I think it was a week), but once it learned our pattern, we rarely have to change anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!
