Easy installation

I was a little worried that the installation would be complicated but it couldn't have been easier. The Nest app asks a few questions to determine your HVAC system setup and then leads you through the process step-by-step, including pictures. It even runs through some system tests to make sure you've done it right. Anyone who can hold a screwdriver can install a Nest thermostat in minutes.

Great investment

I love my nest and all the things you can do with it away from home with the app. I would have given it 5 stars but had a couple hiccups getting it to connect to my wifi. But nest customer service is amazing!! They took the time to call me back when my phone dropped the call 5 times. Great patience. I give their customer service 10 stars. And I'm not being generous.

Nesting made easy

We purchased The Nest because our current heating/cooling unit needs to be switched from heat to cool each time we want to set it. We also travel quite frequently and the idea of being able to set the temperature to what we want it to be when we get home was very enticing.
We were able to install it ourselves with the help of the online tech department. GET ONE... GET NESTING!!

Best decision I made by replacing my old thermostat with this 3rd generation nest easy setup and the app is great. It even worked out a schedule for us knowing when to be active especially when there's no one at home. If you haven't upgraded your thermostat yet and intend to give this one a try
