Easy to use and read and it's attractive I love the ability to use with our smartphone. Nice to not have to worry if you lowered the heat

Easy and Convenient - Don't want to go back!

I felt a little snobby at first. Now Nest is just a part of my daily life. It's so convenient - especially in the Pacific Northwest where suddenly the weather changes and you realize you left the heat (or AC) on and you're wasting energy or money...or making the house extremely uncomfortable to come home to! I was able to install this from the box start to finish with little apprehension.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice product learning portion is frustrating

Easy install. Very easy to adjust and convenient to use app. Auto schedule is frustrating as it remembers every small adjustment and never forgets. I turned that portion off to have greater control . I would prefer to auto schedule if anything in future.

I absolutely love this thermostat. I bought it from my energy provider with a rebate. It was pretty easy to install but I did have some issues with the wiring from my furnace (the c wire was disconnected.) I LOVE that it came with a screwdriver and I love how it looks on my wall. I got mine in brass, and it looks so much better than the clonky white rectangular one I replaced.

I spent weeks doing research trying to decide what new thermostat I wanted to purchase for my home. Ultimately I decided to get this one and I really couldn’t be happier. The installation is so incredibly easy it blew my mind. The ability to purchase the separate thermistors I could install in my kids room and sync them to the main thermostat was a feature that I am loving more and more.

I am electronically challenged in setting up new devices. One view of the installation and iPhone adapting made it easy to put in the thermostat and the app on my phone.
