Great watch

I have purchased two watches of yours.The bip 6 was was a great watch until recently. I'm hoping to have the same results with this one. I am a professional cook and my hands are deep in water. All day long and the 6 held up for over a year which was pretty impressive. I've had other watches. Go out within days at my job. I put my watches through a lot, and I expect a lot out of them.So far, i've had nothing but good results from this company

Rubbish bluetooth calling connection.

I was really happy with all the features and battery life even though I have only used it for 2 days right now.
But I tried Bluetooth calling today, which did not work.
I have read every forum, contacted support, done everything I can from factory resetting the watch to uninstalling the app and still nothing works.
The support says there should be 2 Bluetooth connection options while there is only 1 for mine and it DOES NOT WORK.
Really angry because of this as I wanted to get a smartwatch for my work. I need to work with both my hands, and I wanted to use the watch for seamless work Bluetooth calls.
Really Really disappointed, if they do not get this right I will be disputing the charge with my band, even the credit bureau if I need to.

I really like my active 3 watch. It has the same features as an Apple warch AND MORE (like offline navigation) at a cheaper price point.

The order process was very easy. The product arrived earlier than promised. Since I have put the watch on the features have been amazing and the battery life has been unmatched to any other smart watch I have owned. I highly recommend this product especially for the price to anyone athlete or not.

Excellent watch. I don't use it for calls or text. It's a dedicated watch for staying active -- a wonderful tool that doesn't get in the way. Simple to use. Activities: running, calisthenics, soccer.
