Wanted a freezer on top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a while for it to cool off. The freezer vent was hard to find, but once I got it set correctly the temperature came down. I like the large fruit and vegetable drawers. The 18ft is plenty big for the two of us. I like the freezer on top so I don’t have to stand on my head to look for items. I’d have given 5 stars if I would not have had to call customer service about the freezer vent or use a magnifier to see that the temperature control had to be held for 4 seconds for adjustment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

. Compressor Failed in Less Than 3 Years

I’m very disappointed with the Whirlpool WRT108FFDB03. The compressor failed in less than 3 years, which is far earlier than expected for a refrigerator. Because this model does not include extended sealed-system warranty coverage, I was left with no meaningful support for a major failure. When I contacted Whirlpool, the process was slow and frustrating, and I did not receive the assistance I hoped for. A major appliance should last longer than this, and based on my experience, I do not recommend this model.

Great reiplacement
