While this is smaller than expected, and still waiting to poof up, it is still quite comfortable. My only recommendation would be to allow exchanges/returns in store for online purchases.

One side is a bit stiff for side sleeping - and I'm not going to flip the pillow over in the middle of the night when I switch positions - but still, it's a great pillow overall. I purchased a sumphony pillow over 10 years ago and loved it. I bought this for a replacement and had to throw it away after 2 sleepless nights and neck pain. The new pillow is so soft that my head sank to the point where it was like sleeping on a pancake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Strong smell

The pillow I received has strong smell. Compared with Cloud foam pillow, this one is more comfortable for side sleeper. But the fillers inside are pieces of foam instead of a whole piece. So the surface is not even. It's awkward that feeling those pieces under your head when you asleep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
