[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow isn't ultra soft or plush. I really don't even think of it as ultra comfortable. It is rather firm and quite supportive. I actually don't think about it much, which is a good thing. The neck issues I had prior to using this pillow seem to have subsided.

This product is a miracle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After months of doctor's visits, x rays, physiotherapies, acupuncture's and pain killers, this pillow solved my problem. I can function again. I bought additional ones and also I bought a tempurpedic mattress for my 92 years old mom. She has only superlative comments.
