TEMPUR-Symphony Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old version of the Symphony Pillow, and they were amazing, best pillow I've ever had. We bought 2 new Symphony Pillows and they are re-designed and can clearly tell they are different than the older Symphony Pillow. I could not get comfortable and did not like the pillow, so I thought I had ordered the wrong pillow. Turns out its just the new and updated version. I am not the only one that feels this way, I saw other reviews that had same feeling and concerns. Needless to say I put the new on in the closet and went back to my older Symphony Pillow. One night back on my old one and i said to myself, "Ahhhh that's much better".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchase of another TEMPUR-Symphony Pillow

The first time in years that she hadn't woken up in the middle of the night or the next month a crimp in her neck. I will definitely be buying one for myself. Also, looking forward to a future purchase of a TEMPUR-pedic mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and am recently having neck issues. I'm not sure if it's from the new pillow or unrelated. Otherwise, I like this pillow. My ears do not hurt after laying on it. It is a lower profile for a side sleeper.
