Not helpful for those with neck pain. Thickness forces your neck to be in an upward tilt.

We purchased the pillows online and we weren’t happy with them. Unfortunately pillows are not returnable so I would advise you to purchase them in store only where you could test them.

I have bought multiple Symphony pillows over the years and I've always loved how thick and cushy they are. They've always been the best support for my neck. But this current one flattens down to nothing and it's gonna just end up in the trash, which is pretty bad considering how much this thing cost. 😒 Looking elsewhere for a new favorite pillow.

Great Pillow

This pillow is tremendously better than an average department store pillow. Soft and comfortable and has improved my sleep. The only reason for a 4 rating is I was hoping it would be a bit more softer.
