Good materials, not soft enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The symphony pillow is described at soft, but I found it still too hard for my comfort. I am a lightweight female and my head hardly made a dent in this pillow on either side. I liked the option of two different feels on each side though. I would choose extra soft next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love and use both sides of this pillow. Took me awhile to pull the trigger and buy it but I'm so glad I did and worth the money. I slept with a different pillow one night and had the worst neck pain. Not sleeping without it ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really cool that this pillow is two sided and gives you options. Comfortable and soft! It loses one star because I ordered 2 day shipping and it came in more like 4 which usually wouldn't be an issue but it was a gift.
