HARD pillow - not like it used to be

We just bought a new Neck pillow to replace an old one that we had for a few years. BE AWARE: The new NECK pillows are much harder than they used to be. Tempurpedic must have changed the density of the foam that is used for the neck pillows. I hate the new neck pillow because it is now too hard. I had to return it. We loved the old pillow. I hope Tempurpedic goes back to making the the old pillow!!

It's hard to believe that a pillow can make a difference with neck and lower back pain but this pillow does - it helps ease the pain. This time, the pillow is a little different than the one I bought 5 years ago - the "hump" is a bit wider and doesn't fit my neck as well as the previous one but it still lessons or diminishes the morning pain!!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the product ( the Tempur-neck Pillow-small) It is NOT SOFT enough to be comfortable. I tried someone else's larger sized product and it was sweetly soft so I ordered the small size that fits me better but found it hard.
