I bought the small neck pillow 2 months ago to replace a lost tempur pedic pillow. My neck isn't sore anymore and I'm quite happy with it. Upon reflection I would have bought the medium pillow as a standard pillow case tends to fall off easily.

The Queen Large (24" x 13" x 5"): is the perfect pillow for me. i can finally sleep at night without pain. I must sleep on my back and this pillow works for me. $159.00 is money well spent!

I think this is my 3rd pillow I've bought over the years. I travel with them everywhere! I did notice a slight difference in the feel from those I had for many years. It is all good though because I immediately felt relief in my neck and upper back when I put my head on it. I'm 5'6" and have always used the small size. If you are new to these it does take a few weeks to get used to the feel especially if your neck is not 100%. Like many others that ordered these I have cervical disc issues and don't know what I would have done without this pillow. I'm hoping I can order/find the replacement for the satin cover I have but not sure it's available anymore.
