I bought a couple of tempur neck pillows several years ago. My family loves them so I purchased another one recently. This one is definitely not the same memory foam as before. My previous pillows are soft but this one is rock hard. Can't sleep on it and can't return it. Very disappointed.

This size was uncomfortable and the company refused to exchange the pillows for the smaller sized pillows despite them still being in the plastic wrapping.

I ordered him the Tempur-pedic pillow and after much coaxing to try it, he relented. He is completely happy with this pillow. He is sleeping through most nights and waking up neck-pain free! The Tempur-pedic pillow was recommended by my daughter and daughter in law. Thanks to them, Tempur-pedic will now be the pillow we will recommend to others.
