But I woke up one morning with even worse pain than usual. I decided to try this neck pillow and was amazed at how my neck pain and stiffness disappeared within just a few nights of sleeping on this pillow. It is so supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It took me two days to break into the pillow but other than that, it is great! I recommend it to anyone honestly. It's firm so I don't wake up with neck or back pain since I have scoliosis.

I bought this pillow based on reviews I had read regarding the best pillow for TMJ sufferers. I was very excited and anxious to get this pillow to help with the intense pain I experience at night while sleeping. This pillow is VERY firm and small in size. And now I wake up with neck and back pain. I know it says "firm" on the description but I was expecting a little bit of cushion since this is a Tempur-pedic pillow but there is no cushion or give to the pillow at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A must for latex allergic people like me

I am severely allergic to latex so my two Tempur pillows are a godsend. I went for 4 hours sleep a night to between 8 -12 blissful hours a sleep a night and wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I had high expectations for the Tempur-Pedic pillows and tried to love them. But unfortunately, we had neck pain after the first night of sleep. My wife switched back to her old pillow in the middle of the night. I gave it another chance and tried it for the second night. My neck hurt so bad the next morning and the pain didn't go away for about two weeks! I'm not sure if it's the quality of the product or the pillows are too big for us. Either way I would suggest caution when buying tempur-pedic pillows. Because there's no return for pillows!

He, like myself, had a very old pillow that was rock solid in comparison to our new ones. After one night, he immediately started noticing improvement. We've now had the pillows for maybe a month and neither of us have any of the issues we had prior! I definitely recommend investing into Tempur-Pedic ANYTHING! Our mattress is also Tempur-Pedic and it is fantastic.
