[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured carefully per Temperpedic's instructions but this pillow did not offer support to my neck. Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had these pillows for over 12 years now and we were due to change them and wanted the exact same onea for a reason. Best sleep ever as they mold to the body and they provide the best support. Would definitely recommend having them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur neck pillow was the best thing I ever bought for myself and my wife. We were able to have a good sleep after changing the pillows. We have tried other brands and it wasn't comfortable as Tempur neck pillow. Other brands were just too soft. We recommend this product for anyone looking for firm neck pillow.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design isn't shaped close enough to human anatomy for someone who sleeps on their side and back. The material is too dense to allow proper cradling of the head, given the design shape. It's like trying to be comfortable on a sculpted piece of styrofoam. The design does allow enough room for a person's ear when sleeping on their side, but because of the density of the material and the anatomical differences of each person (neck length, shoulder-to-neck distance, skull shape, and head weight), the person's body doesn't compress the pillow correctly to allow proper spine alignment and keeping the ear in the sculpted area. When sleeping on one's back, again the head's weight doesn't compress the pillow enough for proper cradling or alignment, thus keeping the neck bent slightly forward, allowing the head tilt to cause snoring, the prevention of which was the reason for its purchase. The design is NOT the number one choice for helping end snoring, as is the internet claim.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used Tempur pillows for years but these are a disappointment. The neck roll is too high and the pillows are too hard. The pillows on our King size bed are getting old and we bought these for travel to test before trying to replace the ones on our bed. These are smaller than a standard pillow but are listed as long, so I don't know where we can find actual King size. I hoping I can return both pillows.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this pillow is not as it use to be. The pillow is not supportive as the description claims. In addition, the filling is not firm enough.
