Cannot connect to internet. Without internet, can't set up ROKU account. You must have a ROKU account just to use the tv

Disappointed the tv doesn't work with my internet provider for streaming networks. It does work with antenna for regular local tv channels. Neither Element technical service, the internet provider technical support and Roku technical support could get tv connected to my internet provider.
