[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other brands of contoured pillows that were okay. But Tempur pedic having multiple sizes specifically based on neck measurements made this pillow a wow pillow. It is far and away the best contoured pillow I have ever owned. I was even lucky enough to purchase during a sale so the price was beyond reasonable.

Horrible - Hard as a rock

I love my current tempurpedic mattress and pillow but wanted to try a contoured pillow based on needing better neck support. This pillow is horrible. It feels like sleeping on a rock, no give whatsoever and even more disappointing is that Tempurpedic customer care offers no exchange or return policy. To offer great service for your mattresses, a much higher ticket item, and no support for pillows seems ridiculous to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am mostly a side sleeper and had trouble in the past finding a pillow that was firm enough to support my neck, yet would hold my head in the right position. This pillow does both. Best pillow ever, i would recommend to anyone who has trouble with their neck or shoulder. If you sleep on your back or side give this one a try, you will be glad you did.

Being a side sleeper, I enjoyed the cushioning of my neck and head. In my opinion, it is the perfect firmness for my protection from headaches as well as neck, shoulder, and body aches and pains. I am a five feet five inch female weighing approximately 140 pounds. I recommend this pillow without reservation.
