[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hoped to find a solution to my snoring problem, and based on online reviews found the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow to be highly rated. I tried sleeping on it for three nights and found it to be very uncomfortable, not permitting me a good night's sleep on any of those nights. When I contacted the company to request a return authorization and refund, I was told that they do not accept returns. This is the only bedding company I have ever dealt with that will not permit returns or even offer a partial refund if the item is donated. I am now stuck with a pillow that I cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time user of Tempur-pedic products so when some of them reach their end stage of life after consistent usage, I found myself needing more support so I opted for the Large neck pillow instead of the one I've been using which was the normal size or medium. So when I got it delivered, and tried it for the first night, it took some getting used to as it was larger and there wasn't as much give to it as what I'm used to but as each night progressed, I found my support, more comfort, and generally more of a better sleep with this pillow than I have in a pretty long while. Cannot complain about Tempur-pedic being the industry standard for memory foam style sleep products!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the medium based on suggested measurements. Overall, the pillow was too hard and too small. It was not comfortable for me to sleep on. Because Tempurpedic does not accept returns of these kinds of items, I had to just get rid of it and did so after a week of owning it.

Hard hard pillow

I have owned tempurpedic cervical pillows for years and loved them. Got my new one yesterday, did not sleep at all because this thing is like laying on a rock. My neck has hurt all day today with a headache. Not good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is firmer than the first generation neck pillow I bought 20 years ago and took a couple of weeks to get used to that. However after a couple weeks of use I am sleeping better. I notice I don't toss and turn as much at might. The neck pillow changed my life 20 years ago. I developed arthritis in my neck due to whiplash from a car accident and started getting migraines. This pillow helped tremendously with morning neck tension and helped lessen the amount of headaches I got. I went to another tempurpedic pillow about 10 years ago but wasn't fully happy with it and finally came back to the neck pillow again. I won't be using anything else going forward.

Terrible and Cannot return

This pillow is like a rock. Unfortunately I got two and they would not take either one back , even though ine was still in the original shipping box and had never been opened. Also interesting that I wrote an earlier review with this same comment that was never posted.

I dont like the odd pillow shape but it could be a better version of the cloud pillow if there was an option for a simple firmer version of the cloud pillow.
