[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it.a few weeks now and still hasn't relieved neck pain. Measuring from the head to end of shoulder doesn't help when sleeping on your back. The bump is too big and does not cradle the neck.

The most uncomfortable pillow, I'm not sure where all these food reviews are coming from, they most like sleeping on bricks. Incredibly hard, and worst part is, it's way over priced with no way to return it. I can't get my money back, but please do yourself a favor and stay away from these memory foam pillows, worst I've ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was replacing this pillow with one that I have used for about 10 years and lost its firmness. Then older one was queen size. Seemed that was the only width that it came in. This one is much narrower, at only 20" width. Thats ok for a smaller person or child but not for an adult male. Of course I called to see if it could be exchanged prior to using. It cannot be returned due to personal item and these is no wider width available from Tempur-pedic. Yet I can go to a retail store and find a wider width from Tempur-Pedic. Makes no sense.
