[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this pillow every night for 2 weeks and found it to be very uncomfortable. I had to stop using it due to the pain in my neck. It was an expensive lesson and I regret buying it. Unfortunately I was told it was not a returnable product. If this is inaccurate send me instructions on how to get a refund.

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
