[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was awful. I am a side sleeper 100% all the way. This thing is like I'm laying in a cloud of feathers (my brand new mattress) and using a river boulder as my pillow. I gave it 4 days and woke up in excruciating pain everyday. I even gave it away for free to another side sleeper. He also gave it away the very next day. I don't know who likes this, I'm sure somebody will love it but not for me.

Received a dirty pillow with stains and hair

Received pillow was dirty and had yellow stains. It looks like it has been used for a quite some time. I wish I can attach photos here. Very disappointed with the purchase.

I purchased a Tempur-pedic neck pillow based upon the website and answered the questionnaire fully. Upon receipt of the pillow, I discovered that it was not a good fit and was causing problems with my neck. I contacted the company to find out about a replacement only to find out they do not have a guarantee on any pillows. Be sure you notice this before purchasing from Tempur-pedic

I followed the chart and ordered a large. This size does not fit so I asked for an exchange. They are not honoring an exchange due to being zero waste. I caution you not to buy as you may end up in the same situation.

Too firm

I am a side and back sleeper and I have been on a hunt to find a pillow that offers neck support and comfort. Unfortunately, this is not the pillow. While the pillow offers a section for neck support, it is so firm that it is uncomfortable and renders the dedicated neck support useless.
