[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave me headache and dont waste your money ordering from these people. I ordered 2 pillows both made my cerival neck issues worse. I laid on them for less than an hr with a pillow case over the plasctic and they still would not return them Said they are a non waste company. Waste their customers money. How about you donate returns that make your clients medical conditions worse to homeless shelters and truly be a non waste company! Never do business with them again. complete rip off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a back sleeper, I did the measurements on the sizing chart, but I think it's just ever so slightly too tall for me. It works if I kinda scrunch it up over my shoulders, so I still use it, but I do often wish I had bought a small instead of a medium. It is firm enough to be supportive (my last pillow was rock hard and I loved it), but it's also pretty soft on the outside, so I think it'll work for people on both sides of the firmness debate. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, I might just buy another size down when I eventually replace it.
