[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the pillows and have been using one for 15 years. Thought I would treat myself to a new one and ordered a medium. Unfortunately it's too thick and they don't take returns on anything but mattresses (used it two nights), so I have a pillow that hurts my neck. When ordering keep in mind that even if it hurts it's yours to enjoy. If your feeling lucky, order a pillow and maybe... just maybe you'll get the correct thickness.

I ordered a small and it was still way to big. Not to mention it's incredibly hard. I feel like I threw my money in the garbage.

This one is so much lower and gives my neck time to relax. I'm hooked! Wish you sold pillow cases to go with them because they don't fit any regular sizes. Just a thought, The product is top notch.

I bought the same model for my wife and myself and other models for my two kids. Love this particular model, still the same quality and gives you great neck support which is very important to me because I work on computer all day and always needed good neck support at night and this model was perfect fit for me.
