[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Medium, after reading several reviews. It seemed most people my size were getting small or medium and happy with it. It seems too small. I have a King size bed & the pillow, as a medium, seems smaller than the standard size pillows. Also, the shape doesn't work for me. If it were uniform in size, I think I might like it better. I wish I could recommend, but I can't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old tempurpedic neck pillow I was looking to replace. I carefully followed the measurement instructions on the tempurpedic website and even had my husband double check, and it indicated that a medium neck pillow would fit. I also ordered a large to give my son for Christmas. The medium was too big. It hurts my neck to rest on and I would never be able to fall asleep on it. I called to explain and see if I could return the unopened box containing the large pillow and get a small instead. (I could give my son the medium pillow that I had opened and tried.). I was told no. The measurement criteria is faulty. I had purchased during a BOGOF sale and that is why I bought two at a time. I usually take size small for clothing..., but I trusted the measurement criteria. Since that was the cause of the too large neck pillow purchase and the one I wanted to return is unopened, I thought the company would accommodate. No such service there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the worst pillow I have ever tried. I bought this because I was having neck problems and this pillow made it so much worse. Contacting customer service will get you nowhere. They will not help you, offer you a refund, or even a different type of pillow. They will literally ignore you and you are out $120+ on a subpar product. RUN from this company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I purchased a large pillow to replace my husband's existing large tempur-pedic pillow. Only this new one caused major numbness in his hand and arm. So, given it cannot be returned, it is now going into the donation pile. An expensive endeavor. It would have been nice if there was an option to try it for a few days but the sanitation challenges prohibit that.
