The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the contour pillow. I bought the Tempur-pedic knowing it will last longer than any other pillow that I have had. I ordered the medium but it is smaller than a queen size pillow case so I probably should have purchased the large.

Other pillow manufacturers offer return or replacement. Not tempur-pedic. Looking for another pillow. To much to spend and have to donate to charity. Hope it will help someone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While expecting a tempur material where the pillow molds to your head on the famous memory foam, I received a pillow that is made of a polyurethane material that is quite hard. Unfortunately it can't be returned or exchanged so it is a gambling, you may like it or not, and no way to secure customer satisfaction. I reached out to customer service, and they told me that the pillow has a break-in period, and will slightly soften over time with regular use. While I keep using it and waiting to get soften, a month later, I will keep my three stars for the lack of clear information on what to expect in their web site.
