If you are purchasing this to replace the same pillow from a few years ago, it is not the same pillow. It's much smaller. No returns even if unopened. Customer service was no help. I will be unable to use this micro sized pillow. Very disappointed and wish I had read others recent reviews.

This actually gives my neck pain - even after giving it a try for over a month. Also feels kind of light and cheap.
