I purchased the cloud breeze pillow for when I sleep on my stomach. I purchased the neck pillow for side and back sleeping. Seriously, they changed my life. I'll be the weirdo who brings their pillow with them on vacation.

I purchased this to replace my old pillow. It is not the same at all. Buyer beware if you are looking to replace an old temper-pillow.
