[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issue/concern with quality. However, buyer beware as I didn't thoroughly read the 'fine print'. Once you buy a pillow, its non-returnable once you open the product. I never slept on it, but opened it to see if I would like it or not. This pillow is hard as a rock! Wife said just return it. It was then I discovered the 'return policy' is very one-side towards Tempurpedic not the buyer/consumer. You're SOL so-to-speak if you open it. Too many other viable alternatives to this over-priced product with more reasonable return policies to consider. Do you research up front! Don't be me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is fine, but I would suggest that you make it clear that 'large' refers to the height of the pillow and not the length. I assumed the later and was surprised to see a 'short' length pillow. If I had known this I would have probably ordered two 'Medium' pillows.

Used these pillows for over 30 years

I have neck problems and this pillow has allowed me to sleep very comfortably. I first bought one over 30 years ago. I always take it with me when we travel, too. I have replaced mine 3 or 4 times over the years and just ordered a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older tempurpedic pillow and wanted a new one. This one appeared to be the same in the photo. I bought size small. As some reviewers had said, the memory foam on this one was so hard it was painful. The older pillow had a lower profile and would cushion my head and support my neck. This one was hard and unyielding. I tried sleeping on the lower side, but then my neck wasn't supported.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck pillow is perfect for taller or bigger men. It is 4" high, making it great for broad shouldered side sleepers with neck problems, and also good for back sleepers who want a bit of head elevation. It is firm, but Tempur Pedic foam material makes it very comfortable. I do not find it to feel hot or cool. I am happy that I bought it, and have been using it nightly for about 2 months.
