I love this pillow for side sleeping. It's great for a while but then it loses it's sturdiness. This is my second purchase. I may start looking for another pillow for a replacement.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Support
Cons: doesn't hold shape for very long.

Lifetime Pillow

I got this to replace an older version of the pillow, which I had for over 15 years. I cannot believe the life of these pillows. After 15 years, my pillow was (finally)not maintaining it's form and felt a little deflated. When got this replacement, I was so happy and I fell in love with the pillow all over again. I wish I had replaced it sooner!

My go-to pillow for over a decade

This neck pillow in queen size has been my go-to pillow for over a decade. Prior to that, I used a standard Tempur-pedic pillow. I am a side sleeper, and this one accommodates my motions through the night. It's become harder to find the queen size version. I once bought a standard size, and it wasn't wide enough. I would find I had to move my pillow whenever I turned in bed. Queen is perfect for me. My only complaint with this particular purchase was that there was an offer to receive a free pillow cover with the purchase of the pillow. I never did receive the cover though. Also, I would like to try out a version that was perhaps one inch higher. I think that might be better for my neck and sleep apnea. When I have a new, fresh, still high and firm pillow, I have no problem with sleep apnea. Also, my husband who does not have sleep apnea would benefit from a higher pillow. He also uses Tempur-pedic, but has to pile a couple of other pillow on along with a rolled towel to reach the most comfortable alignment for his back.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Support, Holds Shape
Cons: Would like a bit thicker/higher

I bought this for use at my girlfriend's house, and now use it when I travel. I love that it compresses down in a suitcase pretty well, but then expands right out when I need to use it. Even when staying at a hotel it feels like home.

Decent product

I bought a neck pillow because I have a lot of neck problems from my desk job and just having a bad posture. I would say that the pillow is very good quality but unfortunately it hasn't helped me completely with neck support. I think the mattress and my sleeping position are also playing into my problems. I only rate the pillow as 4 star because I have experienced better neck pillows in the past.
