After a reverse shoulder replacement which required wearing a sling and sleeping in a recliner chair for 4 weeks, I developed a pain in my neck. I went to a licensed Medical Message professional for treatment and she recommended a foam pillow. Since I had a Tempurpedic mattress, I investigated and found the sizing chart which is what I purchased. In conjunction with the medical message, the pillow has helped me maintain the muscle and tendon corrections that I have achieved, relieving the pain. I love the case that allows me to take my pillow with me when traveling.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Support, Holds Shape, Soft Feel

This pillow is hard as a brick, and after 30 seconds, my neck couldn't handle the pressure, no matter if I used the high end of the curve or the low end.
Cons: Overpriced, Ridiculous No-Return Policy, Too Hard

I wanted to love this pillow, but the chemical smell was overpowering. I aired it out for a week -- outdoors -- and put a protective cover as well as a pillowcase on it, but I still couldn't keep my head on it for five minutes because of the smell. I'm not particularly sensitive to chemical odors, but this didn't work for me. And of course I couldn't return a pillow. Expensive lesson.
