This is a great pillow!

I have used the Tempur-neck pillow for 15 years and I love it. It is very comfortable and dependable. I love this pillow so much that I must take it with me when I travel. No other pillow comes close.

I have been using this style pillow for about 20 years - replacing it about every 3-4 years. I have tried lots of different pillows and have never found anything that works for me better than this pillow. I use the shorter height one, and I am mostly a back sleeper. When I do lay on my side, and fold a hand towel in half and insert it under the pillow. The newer foam is not as soft as the original foam. And, now that have replace the cover on the pillow which makes the pillow very firm, and it does not work for me. So, I take the new cover off and put a regular cotton pillow protector on, and it works well. The smell is awful. I make the pillow work for me in these ways: I take the cover off the pillow and wash it. I leave the pillow out for about six weeks flipping the top and bottom of the pillow. If the weather is nice, I put it out on our covered porch during the day and bring it back in at night. I know this sounds like a lot of work, and it is worth it to me. If you like to curl your pillow up in a ball (like my husband does), this pillow will not work for you. If you like a low profile to medium profile pillow, it may work for you. Pillows are very personal.

After following the how to choose your pillow instructions, I was torn between the small & medium size neck pillow. It says if you are a side sleeper, the medium would be the better fit. The medium is too high for me. I emailed Tempurpedic & asked if I could return it for a medium. The answer was no, due to the policies of all states. Pillows are considered personal items, but you have 90 days to return a mattress if you don't like it. Very disappointing -
