[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Tempur-Pedic pillow to help with constant neck pain. I have one that I keep at our vacation home, and it is great, so I decided to get one for home. The new one is a bit firmer than to old one, and it seems even more effective at controlling the neck pain. I have eliminated all of the other pillows, and I am now sleeping great. This is just what I needed!

I knew I had neck/shoulders aches but that first week of trying to adjust caused me to have some pretty bad aches. I had to constantly massage the knots out until I was able to sleep without any issues. But, the aches have not reoccurred at all since then! Also, I likely misunderstood the sizing because when I ordered a small (thinking the measurements had to do with the shoulder lengths, not size of the bed they'd be on), I got pillows that were so small, even our kids twin bed pillowcases are too big for them. & they look so tiny on our CA king. Because of that, I'm looking at other pillow options.

Discovering the size was not appropriate for my body, this item has never been opened. The company was not responsive to exchanging it for the small size. The item remains unopened in the sealed box it arrived as I pursue options to recoup costs donating for a tax deduction.
