this is not the pillow pictured and is much smaller - buyer beware and ensure you look at the dimensions carefully.

Great shape and neck support, but way too HARD!!

The material of this pillow is extremely hard and firm. However, I love the contour shape and can only sleep on contour shapes and prefer tempurpedic over other brands. I can only sleep but a few hours on this before waking up because it is so hard. I just tried the new TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, which is the softest material you have in pillows. I love the softness of that pillow so much, but hate the flat shape of it. Please make The Neck pillow with the Softness of the Tempur-Cloud. That would be the pefect pillow for me. I asked someone in sales about this and they said it would be impossible for you all to create a pillow that soft in the Contour shape. That doesn't seem right to me! PLEASE MAKE THIS SOFTER like the TEMPUR-Cloud!!!!!!!!!! There has to be someone else out there who feels the same way? Speak up if you agree!

Please make the neck support pillow in a low profile neck support style but in a queen width.

Amazing pillow

A year and a half ago, I hurt my neck and it required surgery. I had to have an ACDF at C3-C4. The Dr told me I needed a different pillow to sleep with. The neck pillow did the trick. I have yet to have any discomfort while sleeping or the next morning. This pillow allows me to get a full nights rest, have no aches and I couldn't be happier! I take it with me everywhere. I'll even pack it in a suitcase and take it across the country when I fly! Thanks TempurPedic!!!!

Bad smell

So I had to air out the pillow for two weeks straight before that strong smell went away enough for me to sleep on it. I even tried baking soda and a vinegar spray for the smell but it's still there. When I finally decided to sleep with it I noticed every time I wake up in the morning I either have a red eye, headache or one of my arms have fallen asleep on the side I've rest my head on the pillow. Oh boy I wish I could exchange this for something better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps the neck supported

It took some time to get used to the pillow but now I love it. I no longer wake up with neck pain and headaches every morning.

Going with me if I travel anywhere

I had a spasm in my back below the shoulder, and my neck was cracking all the time. My physical therapist said I need a new pillow and recommended Tempur-Pedic. I bought the Neck Pillow, standard size, low profile and could not believe the difference sleeping on this instead of a regular pillow. It's been about 2 months now, the spasm is gone and so is the cracking in my neck. I cannot sleep on anything else or go back to a regular pillow. It comes with a case to carry it which will be going with me if I travel anywhere. Very happy with this purchase.

Best pillow EVER!

I've tried other pillows in the past, but they just don't hold up. This pillow allows me to get a comfortable sleep and I appreciate the high quality. Definitely recommend!
