The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPUR-Neck Pillow is an exceptional product. It is firm enough with the right amount of plush. It keeps my neck aligned and propped up enough without sinking in too much, which is what usually causes neck pain for me. However, it still manages to have a nice form fitting behavior. I absolutely love it and may have to get my wife one if she keeps taking mine.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Support, Holds Shape, Soft Feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using the neck pillow from Tempurpedic I did not use a pillow. I could never find one that gave me the appropriate support for my neck (while back sleeping) and shoulder (when side sleeping). The Tempur-Neck solves the problem for both areas. I take it with me when I overnight with my kids and grandkids.

HORRIBLE

My neck and shoulders started hurting after the first night I slept on the pillow. I am petite and even chatted with the customer service rep before purchasing. The rep suggested the small neck pillow, which was a HORRIBLE recommendation. The pillow is so small it will not even fit in a standard pillow case. They let you try out a mattress for 90 days, but you cannot return a pillow after using it for 2 nights, SO stupid
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't have any neck pain before but I heard people said tempurpedic pillow can make you sleep better so I buy the tempurpedic neck support medium pillow. First of all, it is way smaller than I expected. If you are looking for a normal size pillow, choose the large one. Secondly , if you looking for comfort memory foam pillow, don't choose neck support one. It feels heard and not comfort at all. It make my neck hurt actually. I talk to their agent and they said i can't return it because there have no return policy unless it's damage from delivery. My advice is don't buy the pillow unless you actually try it in the store.

Pretty good, except the chemical smell

Although it says firm, but actually soft foam feel, just not cloud feel, and provide great support, feel comfortable either side or back. Only problem is the chemical smell, I am not kidding, after opening the package, I waited almost 1.5 months then started to sleep on it. The smell just won't go away easily, otherwise it will be a perfect pillow!

Large size good for me despite chart recommendations

Even though I am 5' 3" I bought the large as I like my neck to be held up during the night so I wanted the height 5" and it works well for me.
