I would NOT buy this pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "LARGE" pillow was very small and short. It was not tall enough to support my head and neck. The website specifies "90 night trial" on the page the pillow is listed, however, if you click on the "more details" "+" sign, it rebuts this statement....I didn't catch it when making the purchasing. Customer service would not honor an exchange, slept on it one night. Disappointing! I am willing to pay for a premium product assuming it comes premium customer service and a satisfaction guarantee. Not the case unfortunately.
Cons: No 90 Night Trial!, Small, To short to support neck and head
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use these 2 pillows in our primary bed. My husband has used same pillow for years. Both are too firm, will take some getting used to.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Too Hard

Once you open the package you can smell very strong and bad plastic smell. Call customer service, it is normal. I cant not return even I never use it. Who want to sleep plastic smell 8 hours a day?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so sad about this pillow. I have a Tempurpedic mattress and have multiple pillows. We haven't bought a new one in quite a while and I felt like I was due. Well, this is nothing like the pillows I already own. It is so much smaller than the ones I have and it's so lightweight, what happened to the density that I have always loved about your products?? So now, it just sits there unused while I use my old pillow. Very disappointing...

Beautifully Full Pillow, But too Full to be Soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased both the Temper Cloud Soft and Lofty and the Temper Neck pillow. I find the Temper Cloud more lofty than soft. It feels hard after a few hours, waking me up. The neck pillow is also too hard but bearable. I have used the pillows for about ten days with the hope of getting accustomed to them but so far unsuccessful . The pillow quality is very good, just uncomfortable.
Pros: Durable, Feels hard after sleeping, Good Support, Head does not sink deep into pillow, Holds Shape
Cons: Too Hard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor customer service

The pillow is great but the customer service is terrible. I purchased 4 pillows this summer and each had a registration card that stated if you register then you will get a free pillow cover. I registered the pillows and it said the covers would be delivered in. 6-8 weeks. I called to check on them and was told they would be delivered soon a month later I called back and was told that the pillow covers was last years promotion. They offered to send me one cover stating that the offer was not 1 per household. I wish I would have purchased the other brand they came with the pillow covers. Definitely not a fan on Tempurpedic

Love the pillow...wish it was larger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Tempurpedic products and have had various mattresses and pillows, but never a neck pillow. So, when I developed neck pain I decided to try one. I like the pillow a lot, but really wish it was about 6" wider. It just feels too short. After much searching it appears that the company used to make them, but discontinued that line. Although I'll continue to use my pillow, I'd buy another one if they make them larger in the future.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Support, Soft Feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great overall. Bought this to replace my previous Temperpedic contour pillow. Exactly what I was looking for. Only issues......first, it is at least 4 inches shorter in length than the previous design (so if you change sides without sliding the pillow over you would roll off of it) and second, there is no option anywhere on the site to buy a replacement cover for this pillow (same issue with the previous style).
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Support, Holds Shape, Soft Feel
Cons: Too small
