NO Contour what so ever!

I have had this pillow for years and loved it. My husband and I both needed a replacement. These are not the same quality as the foam goes completely flat and there is zero contour!

Horrible Smell

We purchased a tempurpedic cloud supreme mattress back in October, with very minimal odor. I was very disappointed when I received my new pillow today. The odor is very strong. I have very bad allergies and this is compounding the problem. I can't believe this is the norm for this pillow. What a mistake to purchase. Now I'm stuck with a very stinky pillow

Pillow Smells

I'm sure this product provides the support and comfort it claims, but I would recommend a different pillow. I have the cloud pillow and love it. It has improved my sleep quality and did not come with an odor. Unfortunatly, this pillow has a metal-like odor to it that requires significant airing out before use. I've spoken to Tempur, and they say this is common. It's been a few days, and I can't use it without the smell making me sick. I'm sure the materials are worth it, but it should come with a warning and care instructions about how to properly air it out before use without damaging the materials.

Pillow is 19" not 20". Misleading and Deceptive. It is very small. Company does take their products back. Customer service told me, so what it is only 19", too bad. Horrible culture.

Poorly made and will not recommend this pillow

I have owned the original Tempur neck pillows which was purchases 20+ years ago and it was fabulous in quality. However, due to the age the neck support has ceased. So I have decided to purchase 4 tempur neck pillows for our family members to replace these old ones. The new one arrived that are super firm and the contour is way too big even when we followed the measurement as suggested. The old Tempur neck pillow had a smaller contour this fitted the neck area perfectly. The new neck pillow is constructed different and the material used is no longer velvet felt. Since sleeping on this pillow, we have developed neck pain. In addition, if you sleep for a period of time one your side, your ear will become numb and painful because the pillow is is too firm and it cut off your circulation. For all these reasons, I would not recommend you to purchase this pillow unless Termperpedic can go back to their old quality material.

I love my Tempur Pedic neck pillow. It literally goes with me everywhere, from all over the USA to London and even Muscat Oman in the Middle East. I've owned my pillows for 10 years, the only time I don't sleep with it, is when I'm backpacking in the Rocky Mountains, but you can bet it's locked up safe and sound in my truck parked at the head trail. Like I said, "have pillow, will travel." Simply the very best!

I havw tried what feels like dozens of pillows in my lifetime. I must have a very unusual anatomy of my neck because with most other pillows my neck "collapses" into the pillow, cutting off my air way while sleeping leading to snoring. Also my vertebrae constantly ached thruout the day and I could hear crunching. I sleep on my side and have been extremely impressed with this pillow. No more needing three ibuprofen before bed. This pillow could have the potential to really improve my health and I am grateful this product is available on the market today... the dense foam makes it unlike other foam pillows available. I have used these pillows since approx 2005.
