Brand has gone downhill

I can only assume it is the merger with Sealy that has brought about the downfall of TempurPedic products. I have an old neck pillow from 15 years ago that has sadly deflated a little too much that I was looking to replace. The new model is very hard, does not respond to warmth anymore (just pressure), and just doesn't have the same quality of memory foam.

Smells Horrible and Newer Models Actually Give Me Neck Pain

I bought my first Tempur-Neck Pillow about 8 years ago and it was a God Send. The pillow stopped the problem of waking up with a numb right arm and hand stemming from cervical disc compression. The foam was beginning to break down (soften) so I replaced it with a new one in the same size (Medium). Ever since I switched pillows I've had neck pain while I'm using it and the next day. Beyond that, the smell from the pillow is very strong and prevents me from falling asleep. I don't know what Tempur-pedic did to change the design and materials, but the product is now a real disappointment.

replacing an old tempurpedic pillow

i was really hoping to find the one i have but could not find it, maybe not available anymore: ( it had the middle indent for where you would lay your head. anyways this one i think is a little bit to deep for me, i order the medium. i am 5ft. 6in

Disappointing Replacement

My first pillow was a dream. When it lost the firmness I needed, of course I replaced it with another. Upon opening the box I noticed a very strong odor. I could not sleep on it. I left it uncovered, I put it outside, and in the sun. It is not as strong, but the odor is still there. I have double sealed it in 2 plastic bags to be able to use it. Also, it is too short. Sometimes I roll over and off the edge. The missing 4" matter to me. You offered a replacement pillow, but I decided not to bother. I like the firmness, and once I find another as firm, I'll buy it.

Better than other options

This pillow takes a while to break in. The small is too small so I got the medium. It's a bit too big. I can't sleep on it every night. But I will say it's better than my other options. I used an old one for years. It only got better with time, until it got rock solid.

Extremely smaller than the original pillow I purchased!

The original pillow I purchased was a King size pillow. Worked great really helped my neck. This is substandard size pillow! My fault I thought a large was the equivalent of a King size boy was I was wrong it is smaller than a standard pillow! If you are no longer going to provide a pillow based on bed size you need to make that abundantly clear! I hate it! Will be looking for alternative brand!

I purchased this pillow based on other reviews. It doesn't feel conforming at all. It feels like a brick. I've become a stomach sleeper since having this thing so I can forgo the pillow all together. I'm currently shopping for something else.

Absolutely hate this pillow

Horrible pillow it's like sleeping on a tiny thin flat pad. Following the sizing i needed a small pillow and it looks like a child's pillow. I spend all night sleeping with my arm under the pillow as there is absolutely no neck support. I would not recommend this pillow to anyone.
