beware of the sizing and NO RETURNS policy

my husband ordered 2 pillows not paying attention to size selection, they are tiny. Not sure what to do with them, an expensive mistake. The local store told me the pillows were "discontinued" so we thought on line purchase was the only option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a neck pain problem for a long time before I decided to buy a contour pillow. I also shop around before I order Tempur-Pedic contour pillow. This contour pillow is suitable to support my neck allowing me to sleep well and wake up feeling better and ready for a new day.

Once I hit 50, I started to have neck pain and didn't know what to do. A friend suggested I try this pillow. No doctors appointments, no PT, no surgery, no restrictions needed. Just sleep , delightfully (on my back!!!!) and my neck is just fine. That makes me VERY happy, because I can bike, swim and run with no neck pain/issues. I LOVE this pillow and won't use any other (I did try some that were big, lumpy and a waste of money). I am 5ft 1 inch and use a SMALL pillow. LOVE the fact that the pillow is nice and small - and sized for me!

I saved to by these pillows for me and my wife. We both Slept with them for two weeks then put it away. It is not soft enough and holds your head up. I bought a large for me and a medium for my wife and she has the same problem. We used the guidelines given before ordering the "right size" as recommended by their website. Wish I had my money back.

Size Chart Not Accurate

I am a taller guy and ended up buying the large size. After sleeping on this pillow for several days, I started waking up with sharp neck pain in the middle of the night. I just had to buy a size down (medium) because I could feel the large was too large.

This pillow is awesome for alignment! Seriously! I have not had a kink in my neck since the first night of using it..close to 2 mos! Downside...and this is a BIG DOWNSIDE! IT SMELLS horribly! After 2ish mos it's gettinf better but if you have a sensitive nose or smells bother you, this pillow is not for you!

I bought the smallest size pillow. It has two sides to choose. It makes it very comfy and offer choice for me to adjust myself into good sleep.
