Excellent product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have severe neck issues and this pillow was recommended to me by my chiropractor to help and it truly does. I do not wake up in pain in the morning and get very restful sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is so tiny. It looks ridiculous on any size bed except for a twin. I'm not sure why the company wouldn't make different size length options. I got both the medium and the large. The large is so hard and uncomfortable. Not sure how it can help with the neck. Customer service is really bad too. Every time I call they give me different information. I was told they just hired some new people but still it's not an excuse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will never sleep on anything else

Can't sleep without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has 2 fused disks in his neck and, without this pillow, not only would he not be able to sleep, he would be in constant pain. This pillow provides the perfect amount of support. He has tried other "neck pillows" but nothing beats the tempurpedic!

Second pillow, can't be without it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally replaced my first loved tempurpedic pillow. This product has improved my sleep so much, but better then that it has improved the pre-sleep phase. No readjusting to get the pillow comfortable. Just lay down, tuck it into my neck and settle. I used to spend so much time trying to get other pillows to be just right and it never felt just right. This one is a dream!

Good pillow, weird smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is great! I haven't had any back pain since I've been using it! The pillow does have a strong odor when you first open it, but I took the cover off and let it air out for a couple days and it dissipated.

Rest easy side or back sleepers

This is the 2nd one I've purchased and I expect to continue to purchase this pillow as long as it is made.
