More pain than I started with

I ordered this pillow because I would wake up with neck pain every morning. After reading the reviews, I was excited to order my pillow and was sure that it would help. I used the size chart and determined that I should order the "large" size. I recieved the pillow quickly and in perfect condition. After giving myself ample time to get used to sleeping with my new pillow, I've come to realize that my neck pain is worse than ever. The large size seems to be too big and puts too much pressure on my neck. Though I do understand the "no return" policy for pillows, I am disappointed that I spent so much money on a pillow that I can't use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow is so hard. I get that it is supposed to be supportive but it's not comfortable at all.

Pillow smells terrible!

Pillow is very comfortable, but every night when I lie down, I am met with a horrible smell coming from the pillow, even after a month and a half of airing it out! When will the horrible smell go away???? This is the 3rd tempurpedic pillow I have had, and always loved them before, have much less neck pain when I sleep with them, but this one smells terrible.

Best neck pillow I have ever tried

I use the small tempur pedic neck pillow and sleep on my back using the small side of this pillow. It is the only pillow I can sleep on without neck pain. I also take one with me if I travel. I would be lost without this wonderful pillow!

I have the original neck pillow in king size. I ordered the large thinking it would be king, but it is standard length with a higher neck bump. It is confusing to know which size to order if you sleep on both back and side. Be sure to check before ordering.

Quality Pillow, but Small

I've purchased 3 neck pillows in the past at Brookstone and they offered the "queen size", which was a bit wider than the 2 I purchased a few weeks ago. The pillows received are still good quality (with the smell, which goes away after a couple weeks) and extra firm. But, they are narrower than I expected. Still, a very good pillow.

Love the Neck Pillow! It Cured my TMJ!

Been using the Tempurpedic Neck pillow for years. Its the only pillow that I don't have neck pain with and it also cured my TMJ because I sleep on my back and side and it totally removed the pressure off of my face while sleeping. I was very surprised!

A Sweaty Head!

This here neck pillow is good, but makes my head sweat like crazy. The pillow is not breathable.
