Very uncomfortable

I got a neck pain from this pillow. It is so uncomfortable to sleep on. So I wanted to get a refund or exchange to another one but they said pillows are refundable. I wasted money and time

Too hard

I purchased two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows for our two guest rooms. My adult children slept on them during the holidays. They lasted one night before they were on the floor. They both own neck pillows and these pillows are so hard it's like sleeping on a cement floor. Not recommended.

Only pillow worth having.

I was given the small size neck pillow as a gift twenty or so years ago and thought it was a lame gift. I've tried numerous other pillows since receiving that original gift. Not a single one was able to provide me a comfortable night's sleep. For me the small size TEMPUR-Neck pillow works great. The larger ones did not work-just the small size. I never rate products but this review will really help someone.

Wow just WOW!

So let me start this by saying that I have purchased literally every pillow that claims to give neck support. I've gone through dozens of pillows and every single one of them would fall flat in the middle of the night and not support my head. I have 4 herniations in my cervical spine which causes spasms in my upper back and shoulders and recently have been getting terrible tension headaches. I knew I needed a more supportive pillow because I'd wake up not being able to move, I finally bit the bullet and ordered the neck pillow. This is NOT at all what i expected, I figured it would be a normal size pillow with extra support for your neck, it's super small which turned me off to using it. After about a month of this pillow sitting in a closet I woke up one morning with a terrible spasm and figured I'd just use it that evening. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and I have no idea why I didn't use it sooner, game changer!! I never want to be without this pillow, for the first time in 10 years I can HONESTLY say I can sleep through the night and not wake up in agony. If you're on the fence about buying it just do it, you wont regret it!

Neck pillow

We have neck pillows from prob 12 yrs ago. I ordered the original size small only to find out that they were different in measurement to our original ones. I called customer service. They were great to work with, allowed me to return the two that I ordered and exchange for the medium size which the bump of the pillow is more true to size as the original. Of course there was a charge increase. We are happy with the medium size . Much more like what we are used to.

Awesome for your neck

I find the support for my neck wonderful. I have used these pillows for over 20 years. I buy a new one every 3 years as they do get flatter over time. The major negatives are the smell at first and the firmness. The smell does go away.. PROMISE and like a tempur bed you get used to the firmness . You will dislike all other pillows after using the neck pillow - I sleep on my side/stomach and love it

I was experiencing extreme neck psi.", waking up crying out in pain. I had not slept through the night in weeks. I saw a chiropractor who has done adjustments, but he also recommended this pillow. Once I adjusted to the slight odor of the foam and the initial feel ( down pillow sleeper) it was clear that this is what I needed. I sleep straight through the night and no longer wake up in pain. I bought one to use when I visit my daughter and will be purchasing the travel version. I am a convert and believer!

Tempur- neck pillow comfort

I have used this product for at least 15 years. I have a neck/shoulder repetitive strain injury. I tried just about every product out there and finally found one that helped all of my symptoms during the night. Highly Highly recommend this pillow. It keeps your shoulders down so neck and hands to not get numb.. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it is temperature sensitive. When cold out re: camping the pillow is very hard.
