Uncomfortable Pillow

I find this pillow to be extremely uncomfortable. It's hard as a rock. Figured my body heat would help to soften it within a few minutes of each use, but this is not the case. I have trouble falling asleep while using it, and wake up most mornings with my head on my mattress due to discomfort. Also noticed a strong chemical odor when I received it five weeks ago - the scent still resides. I find it unfortunate that this is such an expensive pillow, when it does not own up to its claims of offering "comforting therapeutic support." Wish there was something that could be done to make my money spent worthwhile, since I spent a hefty amount on a product I cannot use. Unfortunate but understandable that they do not accept returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pillow has saved my head, neck, and spine. I started using my first one back in the '90s and I bought a new one as a Hanukkah gift to myself last December. Love love love.

Neck pillow

I have had a Tempurpedic neck pillow for years which I love. I purchased 2 new ones but found that they smelled of chemicals and have not been able to use them. The cover slso seems to be made of a synthetic material. Not like they used to be but diappointing.

Better than Most Pillows of this type

I use this pillow every night as I like the neck support. The only problem I have is that the pillow is a little hard, especially on cold nights, sometimes becoming uncomfortable. I often turn a lot trying to get asleep so I wish the pillow had a little more give (softness) to enable me to cuddle with it.

Paper thin pillow

Got as a Christmas present but unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. Pillow is thin and once the weight of your head is on it, it feels like you're laying flat on the mattress.

great support but too small

I've owned and enjoyed the neck pillow for 10+ years. I needed one for my vacation home and was disappointed to see that the king-size was not available. So I got the same support just my head rolls off the ends sometimes. And my wife's king-size pillow requires that we buy 2 sizes of pillowcases. The price of a good nights sleep! If you're new to these pillows, note that you need to let them warm up before judging the firmness.
